Products and Pricing
We sell residential water filtration and reverse osmosis systems. Product availability, specifications, and pricing may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information and pricing displayed on our website are accurate.
Orders and Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment must be successfully processed before an order is considered confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if a product becomes unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or we are unable to fulfill the order.
Delivery
Free local delivery is included when a qualifying water filtration system is purchased with professional installation. Delivery availability depends on the installation address and our service area. Orders placed without installation may be subject to separate shipping or delivery charges. Any applicable charges will be disclosed before the order is completed.
Professional Installation
Professional installation must be scheduled unless otherwise stated during checkout or booking. Installation pricing applies to standard installations. Additional plumbing work, electrical work, materials, modifications, or non-standard installation conditions may result in additional charges. Any additional charges will be discussed with the customer before the additional work is performed.
Appointments and Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the installation or service location. Appointment times may occasionally change due to traffic, previous service calls, product availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Product Warranty
Products may include a manufacturer warranty subject to the manufacturer’s applicable terms, registration requirements, exclusions, and limitations. Manufacturer warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer and is separate from installation or service labor provided by Factory Water Service unless specifically stated otherwise.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Products that have been installed, used, damaged after delivery, or are otherwise not eligible for return may be subject to additional restrictions.
Filter Replacement and Maintenance
Replacement filters, maintenance, water quality checks, and other ongoing services are separate services unless specifically included with the customer’s purchase. Recommended maintenance intervals may vary depending on the system, water conditions, and usage.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, delivery, and installation information. Customers should notify us of any known plumbing, water pressure, electrical, access, or property conditions that could affect installation or service.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Factory Water Service and Optimus Appliance & HVAC Inc. are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of a product or service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Website Use
Website content is provided for general informational and commercial purposes. Product photographs and illustrations may differ slightly from the actual product due to manufacturer updates, product revisions, or differences in appearance.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. The Terms applicable at the time of purchase or service will apply as required by applicable law.
