What is a reverse osmosis (RO) water system?
A reverse osmosis system is an under-sink filtration system that pushes water through several filter stages and a fine RO membrane to reduce a wide range of common contaminants. Clean drinking water comes from a separate faucet installed on your sink.
Which RO systems do you offer?
We currently carry 5-stage, 6-stage alkaline and 7-stage alkaline + UV under-sink reverse osmosis systems. You can compare them on our Water Systems page.
What is the difference between 5, 6 and 7 stages?
A 5-stage system is essential RO filtration for clean, great-tasting water. A 6-stage system adds an alkaline remineralization stage for fresh, balanced water. A 7-stage system adds both alkaline remineralization and a UV stage for extra protection.
Do you install the system?
Yes. Our local technicians handle system setup, water and drain connections, the drinking water faucet, a leak and pressure check, system testing and a final inspection. See Professional Installation.

Delivery is free when you order a system together with professional installation.
Which areas do you serve?

How often should filters be replaced?
Filter life depends on your water quality and how much water you use. We recommend scheduled annual service so your filters are replaced on time and the system keeps performing well. See Filter Replacement & Service.
